Delete your Delni account

This page is for the Delni mobile app (developer name shown on Google Play: the Delni listing). It explains how to delete your Delni account and what happens to your data.

How to delete your account in the app (fastest)

1. Open the Delni app and sign in.
2. Go to Account.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Tick the confirmation box and confirm.
5. Deletion starts immediately. You are signed out on all devices and cannot sign in again with that account.

How to request deletion without the app

If you cannot open the app, sign in to Delni if you can and send a message from Help & support (Account). Write that you want your Delni account deleted and use the same email or phone number as the account so we can verify it is you.

What we delete

When you delete your Delni account we remove or irreversibly anonymize personal data that identifies you, including:

• email, phone number, and password
• name, photo, bio, address, and similar profile fields
• saved listings, notifications, and device push tokens
• identity / certificate files you uploaded for review
• Google, Apple, or Facebook sign-in links
• your listing is removed from public worker and business directories

What we may keep

We may keep limited records where the law or a payment dispute requires it, for example:

• payment / listing-fee records from the payment provider (currently PayPlus)
• reviews you already published, shown as “Deleted user” so another person’s reputation stays accurate
• security or fraud logs for a limited time

We do not keep your account active. There is no extra waiting period after you confirm deletion in the app. Legal or payment records that we must keep are stored only as long as needed, then deleted or anonymized.

Delete some data without deleting the account

Yes. In the app you can:

• edit or remove profile text and photos
• unlist a listing where the app allows
• hide your phone number
• turn off location or notifications in device settings
• ask Help & support to correct or remove specific personal data
